Founded in 2006 Ramshackle Theatre creates innovative physical theatre for Yukon and international audiences.

In our tiny studio in the Yukon bush we create shows that blend music, technology, text and physical theatre. We are always looking for new ways to tell story and new locations to present them in.

We try to keep things simple and count as our most trusted materials: hockey tape, hot glue, cardboard, the human body and magnets.  We believe nearly any show can be created with these invaluable tools.

We create original physical theatre as well as text based plays.  No matter what the content of the production our starting place is:how do we create this work physically with what we have at hand?  If we can’t build it from simple materials, buy it cheap or borrow it, we tell the story with our voices and our bodies.

We have five core members:  Ryan McCallion-technical director, Jon Gelinas-graphic design, musician and performer, Jordy Walker- composer/sound designer, Graham Percy- deviser and director and Brian Fidler-performer, deviser and Artistic Director of the company.

Our shows are anchored in the imaginations of our members, fueled by whatever is at hand and are always ramshackle productions.
